We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn a skilled trade and grow within a company that invests in its people. No prior experience is necessary. If you have the drive and willingness to learn, we will provide the training and support needed to succeed. At AMB you will develop valuable hands-on skills, have opportunities for continuous growth, and enjoy a stable, long-term career.

    Position Summary:

A CNC Machinist at AMB works hands-on with multi-axis machine tools including bridge mills, horizontal boring mills, horizontal lathes, and vertical lathes. As a CNC Machinist, you will:

    • Read and follow drawings, work orders, and other documentation to set up your machine, fixtures, and tooling correctly.

    • Take pride in your work cell — keep it running smoothly, stay on schedule, and make quality your standard, not an afterthought.

    • Use hand measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges to check your own work and speak up when something isn't right.

    • Keep your area clean and safe, and take care of your equipment through daily maintenance routines.

    The ideal candidate has:

    • A genuine interest in learning and growing — someone who sees this as a career, not just a job.

    • The ability to pick up new machine tool controllers as needed. AMB currently runs Okuma and Fanuc controllers on its production lines.

    As a Welder, you will:

    • Read and follow drawings, factory documentation, and welding procedures to perform your work correctly.
